We’ve been wrapping up TDI’s year, doing business taxes, and it’s exhausting; especially for Captain the Studio Pug.

So I’m here at CES like some media ninja, jumping out from the shadows to capture jpeg and video. Except it’s not out of shadows whence I’m jumping but rather the rafters of the Intel booth. Yet no one’s gonna hear me above the 25 second music loop bombarding everyone within 100M of the booth. It’s like some diabolical psy-ops warfare program… but I digress. I was stating that I’m here to gather media.

More video from CES with models, parties, and bloggers (not necessarily in that order). Featuring scenes from the Intel booth, CES Blogger party, and Bloghaus.

We partied with Intel last night at the Rain Nightclub — yes we joked that it was Chocolate Rain — and Smashmouth played. I was as surprised as everyone else at how hard they rocked, even playing some hardcore Ska.

Continuing with the Vegas headbanger theme, I’d never expect to see Bill G rocking out with Slash and Slash totally rocked it.

As Vince Neil walked down the aisle of US Air Flight 293, I hoped he wasn’t sitting next to me. En route to CES to blog for Intel and Bike Hugger, I wanted some downtime before engaging the monster of trade shows. If he was in my row, I’d expect we’d discuss if the band was getting back together, how the demo was doing, why you can’t just watch a music video on TV anymore, and the state of rock and roll.
Alas, he sat a few rows in front, I arrived later at the CES, and queued up in the press scrum to watch the Bill Gates keynote.
