A Design Double-Entendre

A note to designers that when creating a logo, it’s a good idea to flip the comps around a few times … look at it in different ways, hold it up to the light. Because a design effort to embody the Office of Government Commerce’s effort to, “improve value for money by driving up standards and capability in procurement,” may instead resemble a masturbator.
